Pack Your Products
Safely place the skincare items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
